Orders and Quotes

All orders are confirmed after you approve the quote, artwork and specifications (size, paper, quantity and finishing). Prices are quoted in Saudi Riyal unless stated otherwise and may change if specifications change.

Artwork

You are responsible for the accuracy of the artwork and text you provide. Please check spelling, phone numbers and colours before approving print. We are not responsible for errors in artwork approved by you.

Production and Delivery

Production times are estimates and depend on quantity and finishing. We deliver in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia. Delivery times may vary by location and courier.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed when you confirm your order. Printing begins after payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations and Reprints

Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started. If a printing error is caused by us, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange a reprint or correction.
